EverGreen Escapes Methodology
Our course designers use historically- and regionally-inspired stories set against the awe-inspiring backdrop of the Cascadian landscape to blend elements of team building, natural history interpretation and adventure activities in order to customize a transformative and unforgettable experience for your team. Participants are outfitted with adventure gear and a dossier packet to brief them on their role in the story to accomplish a diverse series of tasks which lead the group to achieving the outcomes which our course designer will help you to distill. Our overall goals will include having fun, being challenged both physically and intellectually and feeling a genuine sense of accomplishment.
The job of your EverGreen Escapes naturalist/facilitator is to keep the group engaged in the mission and sufficiently challenged without any member being pushed beyond their “stretch zone” such that they’re no longer having a positive experience.
It will also be our facilitator’s job to guide the team through reflections throughout the challenges in order to improve communication, efficiency, and productivity. At the end, all groups will rendezvous and share their stories and challenges over the programmatic debrief and celebration which we work with you to devise.
