Interesting and exotic destinations abound around the world. Just this year, our travel experts have led presentations on Peru, Namibia, and Antarctica. But as a traveler seeking international adventures, medical concerns may come to mind. Is the water safe to drink? Are there any vaccinations I should get before leaving? Are there any unusual health risks associated with the destination? It can be challenging to piece together this information on your own and overwhelming to manage the process. Travel Medicine Expert Dr. Ari Gilmore will be providing information on some of the myths and truths surrounding medical preparation for international travel, and the resources available to assist you in planning for your trip. He will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Meet the Expert | Dr. Ari Gilmore

He enjoys providing patients the answers they seek, the treatments they need, and the prevention that allows them to live a healthy life.
