Chad Maurer

Chad has worked for our sister company, Bicycle Adventures, for over 25 years – guiding tours, managing operations and guides, as well as pioneering their multi-day hiking tour program. A Kamana-trained naturalist, he is thrilled at the opportunity to do some interpretive guiding for Evergreen Escapes as well! He enjoys volunteering for nature education and awareness programs. One of his favorites has been working with Conservation Northwest setting camera traps to study wolves and wolverines, and training others in wildlife monitoring and tracking. When he’s not out studying nature or raising food in his garden, he’s likely playing music with friends or reading a good book.
