DJ Bergquist

Trudging up the alpine wilderness, the cold wind almost unnoticeable with the joy and serenity he feels, DJ wants to spread the same feeling of being small and humbled by the looming peaks with those who seek the same experience. Born and raised in a small town in Washington, outdoor recreation played a large role in DJ’s childhood. That love for the outdoors only grew as he did while getting his degree in Recreation and Tourism at Central Washington University. DJ likes to spend his free time in the mountains enjoying hiking, camping, and skiing (both in-bounds and in the backcountry) year-round. You might find him hiking up some hiking trails in the summer with some skis on his pack, looking for whatever snow he can find (searching for the snow in the summer is harder, but still possible!)
